You know the hair is bomb when its your 3rd time ordering from them!!! The customer service is SO EXCELLENT and you'll more than likely have no conflict when it comes to Getting in contact with the seller. About the hair: Bearding to a minimum, and little to no shedding. I Love the fact they sent me Free Eyelashes , i usually get a scrunchy or something but it was so convenient. When i opened the hair and smelled the bundle the hair had a little smell but with a little co washing the smell came right out! The luster is beautiful and so soft. I usually get smaller bundles for a bob so that is my intention . Dont hesitate to try out their bundles . The hair is good quality and a nice price❤❤
