I ordered this hair February 27 and got it on March 1st , communication was good sometimes they would text back a hour or two late . But they helped me well. I was skeptical about getting this hair because , I’ve never had it before i ordered 3bundles of 20,22,24 + 18 inch closure . when i tell y’all this hair was so soft !
